Hand Towels
I was going to post a picture of the towel I'm almost finished with, but since my camera just died permanently, this picture will have to do. I've been working on these for a while (I'm really slow), but I get really excited about them while I'm working on them. Now they've kind of been put on hold during the semester, but I hope it won't take me too much longer! (Oh, and for those who are wondering who in the world I am, I'm Chelsea's sister-in-law ... thanks for inviting me, Shayla!)

Butterfly Kisses

This is the cutest Embroidery ever and I can't wait to make it. It's from Nini Makes and all you have to do is leave her a comment and she will send you the pattern. I'm so excited, I think it would be cute on a pillow or in a frame for the nursery. I love it, she is amazing.

So Fun!

This is a way cute doll house that is soft and light enough for little kids to cary easily. There's a cute barn too. Check it out here. I know it's kind of early to be making something like this for our girl (since she isn't even born yet) but I thought it was so cute! Maybe I'll have to make it as a gift for someone, I don't know who, but someone. It's just too fun not to make.

Crafting Session
I love our Brown girl mothers. News travels fast with them! So as a few of you probably know, I am as my dad says "in a family way" or as Emma says my "eggo is preggo". Take your pick. :) I've known for a while but didn't want to make it public to the blogging community. But this has given me a chance to start working on some cute craft ideas. I just got back from Idaho where my best friend and I experimented. We made nursing covers and appliqued some onesies and made some burb rags. I'm no a very good applique-er so don't mind the edges and we couldn't quite figure out the thickness and width of the right stitch so it doesn't show up very well on the outsides of the applique.

Nursing Cover
Elephant Onesie (looks more like a heffalump!)
Necktie Onesie
This is my favorite! Cowboy(girl) boot!

And matching burb rag but the edges got chewed up my the machine so I'm going to have to fix those. But it is a rag for spewing so I don't think the edges really matter that much!

I want to make this...
I saw this free Amy Butler pattern, and had visions of making these but slightly altering them to hold my students papers when I take them to and from the office...check out the pattern here.
