Made: Softie lovies

I finally finished something! I can only do short projects anymore apparently. Tonight, I whipped up some new lovies after almost losing one. I made a miniature version of the brick pattern quilt (tutorial found here) Put some super soft Minkie (aka cuddle flat) on the back with some taggies out the side and we are good to go...one for the baby and one for the wash! I just adore this Woodland Bloom fabric still...if only I could have bought a whole bolt of all of the fabrics in the line. *sigh*

I love those. It's such a great idea to do a little one. I LOVE that fabric.

So shay does Jocey chew on the tabs or just hold them or what? Why does she likes these so much? Is it the snuggle factor?

How are you able to fit any projects in your day? Some day's I'm lucky to be able to go to the bathroom let alone make a craft. I'm sufficiently impressed. Lucky Joc.

To be honest, I'm not sure why she likes them so much. I just started making her taggie things when one day she played with the tag on her blanket for about 30 minutes. She chews on them, but mostly she just fingers them. She's really quiet and active and moves from one tag to the next. I put it on her lap when we go somewhere in the car and it keeps her busy. She's also starting to get into loving blankets, so the snuggle factor is coming in a little bit too.
